"I visited Shireen upon recommendation and so happy that I did. I sit at a computer and/or sewing machine all day which creates tightness in my shoulders and I've had massages for this before and they have helped a bit but, in hindsight, not that much. After my deep tissue massage with Shireen I noticed a huge difference, I was able to stand up much straighter and taller and it improved my entire posture. I've also done some one on one yoga sessions with her to help me build on holding my 'proper' posture and these are an equally amazing experience... she gives really easy to understand instructions, offers amazing adjustments and makes me feel at ease throughout. I plan to start life coaching with her soon too. She's really down to Earth and speaks in a way that just makes total sense. I really can't recommend Shireen highly enough!"
